For my first visit, I was relaxed in a spa-like atmosphere with a wonderful Hygienist, Bree. She answered all my questions and, most importantly, LISTENED to my concerns & thoughts. She was very knowledgeable and adept at her job. You could tell she enjoys her occupation... especially helping people in her capacity.
The office is very inviting and Meghan was accommodating with my New Patient intake. She followed up on a couple recordkeeping tweeks. The communications between all aspects/levels of my visit were complete & thorough. No one seemed rushed or flustered.
I was very impressed with everyone including Dr. Tromblee who got to know me and my particular set of issues. He weighed all the options and gave his best scenario action plan, referral & treatment plan for me. I left there curious to see how my next visit is going to be when Dr. Tromblee works on my tooth.
